E3 StarterCar Quadra Turbo-R V-Tech - Update

ABOUT:

This is a mod in a series of fixes I want to add in the Cyberpunk 2077 1. 61 Version "Edgerunners Update". I liked that version much better than the later versions and changes of the crafting/gear/perk functions of the game. So this is a mod for you people who want to play the older version and for those who want to change the Hella Car to the Quadra Turbo-R V-tech instead.

This mod is based of the " E3 Starter Car https://www.nexusmods.com/cyberpunk2077/mods/4790 " by "E3roKK" but the script prioritize the call order to work with my other mod " Shion Targa MZT (Random Theme) https://www.nexusmods.com/cyberpunk2077/mods/25495 "

Quadra Turbo-R V-Tech as Starter (Conflict-Safe)

- Make Quadra Turbo-R V-Tech your starter car WITHOUT colliding

with other mods that rewrite Quadra records (e.g., Quadra->Shion Targa).

  How it avoids conflicts:

- We CLONE your preferred Quadra record into a PRIVATE record:

Vehicle.pc_quadra_turbo_r_player_custom

- We point all early Hella references to that custom record only.

- Other mods typically only rewrite the stock Quadra keys, not this custom one.

  Notes:

- Safe on 1. 61. All writes pcall-guarded.

- Mild RPM + audio tweaks included (same spirit as your old file).

- On shutdown we restore Hella and delete our custom record cleanly.

SETUP:

 - Place this folder in its own CET mod folder.

- Fully restart the game the first time after adding the mod (1. 61 caches).

DOWNGRADE: (for those who want)

To downgrade Cyberpunk 2077 to version 1. 61,

use the Beta Channel option in GOG Galaxy or Steam by selecting the

"1_63_legacy_patch" (for GOG) or "1. 6 Legacy Patch" (for Steam) in the

properties/manage installation settings and disabling auto-updates; this

allows access to older game files, but note that saves from newer

versions won't work.

On GOG Galaxy (PC)

1. Open GOG Galaxy, go to your Installed games.

2. Select Cyberpunk 2077 and click Manage Installation > Configure.

3. Under "Beta Channels," select 1_63_legacy_patch.

4. Disable auto-updates and choose the desired version to download.

On Steam (PC)

1. Open Steam, right-click Cyberpunk 2077 in your Library.

2. Select Properties, then go to the Betas tab.

3. In the dropdown menu, choose the 1. 6 Legacy Patch.

4. Close the window; Steam will download the older version.
