A simple tweak to show enemy indicators on E3 nameplates and other changes.
The adjustments are as follows:
1. Show enemy indicators on E3 nameplates.
2. Make the health bars and nameplates the same color as the game's default (NCPD - blue, enemies - yellow, friends - green, crowds - gray).
3. Slightly increase the spacing between nameplates, health bars, and arrows so they don't get too close.
