Additional item appearances have also been added for phone, tablets, and bag so you will see more variety in item appearances.
Note that although you can select item preference, it is not strictly enforced and is only enforced when possible. In other words, if you selected only the "use phone/tablet" option, this does not mean ALL NPCs will have phone/tablet. This is because not all item animations are implemented for all NPC types.
Another note - when it is raining, Mod Settings item preference may not be respected.
