Dialogues Overhaul

Did it seem unnatural to you when characters in dialogues rush you or on contrary they just stare at you and waiting forever without reacting? This mod changes that, so that the dialogues will now feel more realistic and natural.

What is "reminder system"? This is when characters in the dialogues rush/urge/remind V to respond. If the player doesn't choose in dialogue for some time, the character will start rushing V. Although the idea of developers implied that rushing to answer adds immersiveness, their implementation is far from ideal. Very often urging phrases are very unrealistic and inappropriate. Also characters often rush V when they don't even ask anything and there is choice which only purpose is to just say something to continue the dialogue. So now also there will be more dialogues with time limited choices which don't really require a V's respond to continue scene more naturally. If you didn't manage to answer in time the dialogue will continue and choices will not suspend the scene. This mod revises every scene and character.

Or maybe it annoys you, when you're thinking about what to say and characters rush you and you want to choose in silence in the whole playthrough? And maybe you want to choose without time limits including important main quests? Then Relaxed version if for you!

The mod is divided into two contrary versions. One changes the reminders so that they are more natural. And the second version removes them completely in order to calmly choose options in the dialogues.

Whether or how fast characters will rush V now depands on situation and dialogue.

1. In some scenes characters will continue the dialogue without V's response.

2. Now there will be more time limited choices + in holocalls.

2. Thugs, cops and suits will rush V more often and more persistently.

3. When V is interrogating someone, the characters won't rush him/her.

4. Characters asking straightforward questions will rush V faster.

5. Characters will be more insistent on rushing V when he/she has to DO something rather than say.

6. V's close people won't rush him/her in simple conversations.

7. Characters will be faster to rush V in holocalls.

8. Added new reminders which were missing + in holocalls. (In vanilla 70% of holocalls don't have them).

8. Better voicelines and no more weird ones.

Summary: Reminder timer was reduced / increased from default 10 seconds. For some characters reminders were removed / added. More time limited choices which continue dialogue naturally.
