OpusCLI can be used to extract the .opus files from the .opuspak files found in cyberpunk 2077 gamefiles, which contains the game sounds like ringtone, footsteps and almost all the sounds that are not songs/musics, so if u wanna mod these sounds this tool will help you in doing so
