Simply increases base maximum cyberware capacity by 3x, or x2 if you choose the light version in optional files.
Fully compatible with Phantom Liberty, Cyberware-Ex and should be compatible with most of the other mods (see incompatibility list below). If your current mods change the maximum cyber capacity, load this one after them to overwrite the changes.
It changes the curve at which player gains capacity.
