The cigarettes are in HD, the ashtrays are still vanilla because they look really good, but the cigarettes and filters in them will be HD.

KNOWN ISSUE:
The ONLY bug in the mod is when there's a flashback of Songbird during one of his last missions, it crashes. But aside from that, the mod works without any issues. I'll see how to fix this, probably just a "minor" mistake.
