Cerberus Removed

Mod most likely broken and I'm not fixing it. Alternatives exist.

Cynosure quest sucks. Specifically Cerberus, the robot who hunts you throughout the facility. This mod will despawn Cerberus, facilitating the exploration of the Cynosure facility. The mod needs to be removed for 3 scripted sequences in the quest, as i do not posess enough brain capacity to do quest modding, and the sequences will break if Cerberus is unable to spawn. They will be described in detail below, so you can be prepared for them. I have included imgur links not to clutter the description.

You will need to play the first sequence as intended. This means running through the tunnel and making it to a safe spot where you can save the game.

You emerge out of the tunnel in the living quarters. On the bed there is a map, you can grab it. Run behind the bed, there will be a door to  a bigger room where a scene will play out. You can hide behind the counter on the right, save the game there.

At this point, you can install the mod and explore the first part of the facility safely. You will need to disable 2 terminals to open the big door. Do not use the vents shortcut to skip the door. You can open the door and go through it. The game should autosave at this point. Exit the game, remove the mod. Load the game back. You will now need to  run through the tunnel and into the airlock on the left, while Cerberus is chasing you. If Cerberus isn't spawned, you will get stuck in the airlock. Once in the airlock, you can save the game and remove Cerberus once again. For this part, i recommend speccing into Air Dash and equipping some mobility cyberware, as you need to be quite fast, otherwise Cerberus can catch you.

Now, you can continue playing the quest in safe mode. Destroy the servers in Datafort Central Command first. Then, head to Thermic Control and disable the terminal there. You are supposed to scan the terminal and follow cables to the windows, outside of which there is a power switch that kills the terminal, however the lack of Cerberus will make it impossible to scan. Scanning is not necessary however, you can just head to the window and open it anyway. After the terminal is disabled, go in this direction. Walk through the other room and save the game in this spot (don't follow the arrow yet). You will now need to remove the mod again. Once you have done that, you can enter the Observation Room, and immediately run towards the safe spot (Behind the pillar, marked by red arrow). Wait there untill cerberus leaves the room.

Save the game, remove Cerberus again, and head over to the computer, but don't use it just yet. Save the game again, remove the mod. Upon using the computer, a scripted sequence with Cerberus will initiate, and you will be able to complete the quest! You will be able to obtain Cerberus' drop.
