Extends the Bolt buff duration from the Technical Ability Perk tree from 2s to 4s because the Senkoh LX Tech SMG expires half way through its magazine ( 30 magazine / 7. 7 fire rate = 3. 89s fire duration per charge). Also affects DR-12 Quasar and others.
Starting a new charge already flags the game to clear the buff, so I'm not sure why the default duration was so short.
