Not sure why the devs change the blood puddles the way it is now, but i was able to create new files and modify the blood puddle effects to spread vs pulsing off and on!
A lot of experimenting, time, editing, modifying and just so much I did to get it to the way it is now.

]Created new textures, materials .mi and .mt files that are used within flesh and cyber blood puddle effects[]Both flesh and cyber blood puddle durations are 10 mins
[]Blood puddle will have a flowing look with details from textures I created

I think the puddles could be smaller..... . .. when i find the motivation again Ill make a smaller puddle option.
