Crafted from three items (a crafting spec and two unique components), each attached to an NCPD Scanner Hustle related to Project Nightingale. If missed during the scanner (or already completed), each item can instead be purchased from the Black Market Vendor at EBM Petrochem Stadium.

Sporecaster (Ashura)

Fires a vial of mind-controlling spores that empower the target - and turn them against their allies. Repeat hits heal the target and refresh the effect's duration.

Neutralizing a Poisoned enemy discharges a burst of pesticide around them, spreading a heavy Poison effect to nearby enemies. Better wear your space suit.
