Better Borrowed Time

This mod changes the "Borrowed Time" perk within the Tech skill tree. As described in the overview, the vanilla conditions to trigger the effect are very situational, making it more likely for you to die trying on higher difficulties and/or when using balancing mods. The actual changes to trigger the 100% instant recharge chance for one Health Item are as follows:

• []Vanilla: Player health is below 25% -> Mod: Player health is below 50% / 25% (choose one version)

  []Vanilla: Player has neutralized an enemy -> Mod: Player has scored a critical hit / kill (choose one version)

• Vanilla: Player has no Health Items remaining -> Mod: Player has no Health Items remaining (no change)

  In short, this will allow you to use the perk more tactically, either by utilizing critical hits or by increasing the time window you have to achieve a kill and recharge your Health Item. A cooldown based version has been requested and I am investigating, but there are a few issues with this approach that I need to sort out first.
