Pick one version or the other, not both. They both do the same thing just using different tools.
RedMod version: BROKEN FOR 2. 0 UNTIL REDMOD GETS UPDATED. Download the zip and unzip into the base of your Cyberpunk installation. Run the Red launcher and enable mods there so it compiles. Or you can go to "Cyberpunk 2077/tools/redmod/bin/" and manually run "redMod.exe deploy". Then set -modded in the target of a cyberpunk.exe shortcut.
TweakXL/Non RedMod version: Install TweakXL and RED4ext first. Then download the zip and unzip into the base of your Cyberpunk installation. Launch the game.

Makes those little brats mortal and stops them from despawning in certain situations.
When a brat takes damage they stretch to adult size since they are actually lizard people from Alpha Centauri.
It's also because they're using the adult animations as CDPR didn't create damage animations for their rig and neither am I.
Enjoy making XBDs for Gottfrid Persson and being put on a watchlist you disturbed cyberpsycho.
