You can find them in the waist slot in Equipment EX. The toggles are in the back slot.
There will be some clipping and seams. I have done my best to negate this, but at the moment its beyond my ability. I might revisit this at some point in the future to fix this but it wont be any time soon.
I have done my best to match vanila skintones. If you use anything different you are welcome to make compatibility patches. I have provided a couple in optional files, but i wont be making all of them. There's too many.
