Disclaimer: This mod only restores Tier 5, Tier 5+ and Tier 5++ versions of the cyberware and not any prior versions. Also I don't seem to remember game version 2. 0 stats for Tier 5 and Tier5+ of this cyberware. I only remember that Tier 5++ version had -12. 5% cooldown reduction. So for Tier 5 and Tier5+ I just stepped it down by 0. 5 each.

So new stats are as below:
Tier 5 = -11. 5% Cooldown
Tier 5+ = -12. 0% Cooldown
Tier 5++ = -12. 5% Cooldown
