This is my first attempt at creating a decor preset for Appearance Menu Mod by MaximiliumM and CtrlAltDaz. I made this decor preset specifically for a great mod that I love for the immersion factor, Car Modification Shop by E3roKK.
The motivation for creating this preset was to have a garage area in the vacant lot used by the Car Modification Shop mod. It's not perfect, especially the skylight on the roof. I tried to focus on obfuscating the grass in the area... lots of grass, and making the area seem less sloped.
If anyone wants to make changes, using this a base... please do! I may extract some additional assets from the game to add later, but for now this uses the standard assets provided by Appearance Menu Mod. I could not find garage doors, gas tanks for welding, wheel balancers, wrecked cars, garbage bags, or dumpsters.
