📋 About This Mod
The people on a forum were complaining where is their armor. I was thinking why actually wearing a bulletproof vest gives nothing in the game. The game says that the clothes are made of kevlar. But bulletproof vests aren't just that. Even more to that, why finding such a vest in the loot goes on by like just some another jacket to wear for a visual look. Not fun to play.
The changes that I made, there are 4 new types of amor stats for different vest:

[]Full body breasplate - armor value x4, movement speed -0. 50

]Full body vest - armor value x3 movement speed -0. 40[]Medium vest - armor value x2. 5, movement speed -0. 30
[]Tactical vest - armor value x2, movement speed -0. 20
You can compensate that speed loss with boots. Makes sense why you need them.
Added features:
-Increased Reload Time Reduction on tactical vest
-Increased Melee Damage Reduction on helmets in the new version.
