8x Poster Framework

Annoyed by the limited and copy-pasted posters right next to each other in the base game? Well, then this mod is for you!

What does this do?

• []Expands the number of posters by about 8x the vanilla game. 500+ poster slots total.

  []Randomizes the distribution of posters so that they are more evenly distributed.

  How does this mod compare to similar frameworks?

  • []Better performance - This is not a script mod, so it is lighter on your CPU. It does not require a script processing thousands of nodes as they are streamed in (there are well over a million nodes in the game).

    []Vanilla behavior - Assets are persistent just like vanilla.

    []Better compatibility with apartment mods - Allows for easy exceptions with no

    processing overhead for areas such as your player-customized apartments.

    A graphics mod is required to experience more than just the randomizer. I currently do not have my own graphics mod for this. Check requirements to see a list of compatible 8x graphics mods.

    If you want to mix graphics mods together, then combine graphics mods with load order priority. For example, if you want to mix a 4x and 8x mod together:

    Or let's say you want one of the standard replacer poster mods to mix in with a 8x mod:

    Combining them all:

    Framework should always be lowest priority.

    How you change load priority depends on how you install mods (manual is done by ascii order file names, mod manager has a GUI to customize load order).
