What does this do?

This mod does not affect Brendan or the functionality of special hackable vending machines.
A graphics mod is required to experience more than just the randomizer. Here is my compatible mod for this framework: -4x- NSFW Vending Machines Androids.
If you want to mix graphics mods together, then combine graphics mods with load order priority. For example, if you want to mix a standard replacer mod and 4x mod together:

How you change load priority depends on how you install mods (manual is done by ascii order file names, mod manager has a GUI to customize load order).
