Infinite Mod Inventory size

This is a very simple mod that just overrides the check on item pickups, allowing you to carry infinite weapon and personal mods.

I've gone ahead and also raised the UI limit from 24 to 99. That part is aesthetic only so you can see it's working, but functionally, your space is infinite.

Edit: Actual limit is 81 Personal mods or it breaks new item pickup logic. I could raise the limit, but I can't find the start of the check. For now We're "81 Mod Inventory Size!".

I've included a . DLL you can just drop in if you're using the Control Plugin Loader. I've also included an early version of my x64dbg . 1337 patch file so you can apply the edits yourself if you prefer.
