Uvecrep's Placement Yields

Clearer yield previews when placing buildings, specialists, and population. Features Net yield badge — every candidate tile gets a small badge at its top right that tallies all of the tile's yield changes into one signed number (e.g. +1 science, +1 culture, −2 food, −2 happiness → −2). Compare tiles at a glance instead of doing pill math. Green when positive, marked with the city-yields icon so it reads as a total, not another yield. Accurate growth-tile yields — the base game draws population-growth tiles with the tile's raw yields, which can disagree with its own hover panel: warehouse bonuses (like +1 food on farms from a Granary), adjacency effects, and modifier effects are missing. This mod draws those pills from the same engine data the hover panel uses, so the tiles and the panel always agree. Consolidated specialist pills — when a yield type would show both a bonus and a maintenance cost on the same tile, they're combined into one net pill. Toggles — switch the badge on/off in the options under Uvecrep's Placement Yields (persists across sessions), or live from a "Show net yield" checkbox right in the City Growth and building-placement panels. Compatibility Overrides no base-game file — it patches the game's placement display at runtime, so it coexists with other UI mods. Presentation-only: no gameplay, balance, or save data is changed.
