French Gallic Rooster Icon

The 'French Empire' civ is based on the First Republic, First Empire, and Third Republic - none of these were very fond of the Ancien Régime! Finding a symbol that survived all of the regime changes of Modern France is difficult, but through them all the Gallic Rooster survived. The Gallic Rooster was re-popularised in the French Revolution, was used in art, architecture, and propaganda throughout the period, and in the present day is still used as the symbol of France in sports, including their football and rugby teams. Whilst it's never been an official symbol in legislation, it's been a national symbol of France for centuries, and in my opinion a great alternative to the Fleur for a post-Revolution France! A known issue is that the updated icon won't apply to the 3D flags that appear behind leaders in diplomacy screens. I believe these aren't possible to update until they provide full modding support, but please let me know if you've found a way!
