British Portcullis Icon

Just a crown feels too generic - after all, Britain is hardly the only monarchy in the world. If anything, a lot of its power and identity came from how disempowered the monarchy has been in British history, from the Magna Carta to Parliamentary Sovereignty. This mod replaces the crown with a national symbol specific to Britain and relevant to the Modern Age. The portcullis originated as a royal badge inherited by the Tudors from House Beaufort. It was used to decorate much of the interior of Westminster Palace (home of Big Ben). When Westminster Palace became the seat of Parliament, its name and portcullis symbol became synonymous with Parliament. Given this Civ represents Britain in the era of parliamentarism, I felt this made an excellent symbol. A known issue is that the updated icon won't apply to the 3D flags that appear behind leaders in diplomacy screens. I believe these aren't possible to update until they provide full modding support, but please let me know if you've found a way!
