Unlock CAP LEVEL 100 Editor

BUG

The level-matching feature might not work with some save files.

The mod was created based on the items I own and some in-depth research, however, I haven't fully explored everything, haven't finished the game, and don't have the DLCs. It reads your inventory and works if it recognizes the items it knows, if you run into any issues, please let me know.

I am currently tracking down every item in the game to fix this and expand the range of items the mod can validate in your inventories. My apologies to anyone who experiences issues.

WHAT THE MOD DOES

Save Editor changes your game while you play, from a window in the game. Every change shows in game at once, and the game records it at its next save.

The window has four pages.

CURRENCIES

• []Your cash and your eridium.[/]

  []Type the exact number then Enter, or use the buttons: from -100,000 to +100,000 for cash, from -1,000 to +1,000 for eridium.[/]

  []The UNDO button takes back your last changes.[/]

  AMMO

  • []Your rounds of each type: assault rifle, pistol, shotgun, SMG and sniper rifle.[/]

    []Type the exact number then Enter, or use the -10, +10 and MAX buttons.[/]

    []The maximum is your character's capacity. The STOCK page is there to raise it.[/]

    []The UNDO button takes back your last changes.[/]

    LEVEL

    • []Level CAP 70 -> 100: turn this button on to unlock the cap up to level 100 instead of 70.[/]

      []Type the level you want then Enter. You receive the skill points of the levels gained.[/]

      []Six buttons bring all your gear up to your level, one category at a time: weapons, shields, ordnance, repair kits, enhancements and class mods.[/]

      []Changes are immediate, right in the game.[/]

      STOCK

      • []Your backpack space and the maximum of each ammo type.[/]

        []Type a limit then Enter. The NORMAL button puts back the game's limit.[/]

        []These limits only work while Save Editor is enabled. Without it, you get the game's normal limits back.[/]

        []Ammo is not refilled: the AMMO page does that.[/]

        Levels above 70

        • []If you turn off or uninstall Level CAP, your hunters above level 70 go back to level 70.[/]

          []Their allocated skill points may then be reset: you will have to place them again.[/]

          []In the window, the mod asks you to confirm first.[/]

          []To keep a level above 70, leave Save Editor installed and enabled, and the Level CAP button on.[/]

          [] If you enable the mod again, your previous levels come back on their own once you reload your game.[/]

          []A game update may block this button until Save Editor is updated. A character above 70 would then go back to level 70.[/]

          What is on after installing

          Everything except the Level CAP button, which starts off. The mod turns itself on the first time you launch the game after installing it.

          Opening the window

          Open the console with ~, type mods, then choose Save Editor: its window opens.

          The ENABLED button, on the left of the window, turns all of Save Editor on or off.

          • []Cash, eridium, ammo, level and gear change in your game, and the game keeps them in your save.[/]

            []Make a copy of your saves before using the mod. They are in Documents\My Games\Borderlands 4\Saved\SaveGames\[/]

            []The mod only works in your own game, not in another player's.[/]

            Requirements

              Installation

              []Install the Borderlands 4 Python SDK (link above), if you have not already.[/]

              []Download the main file Save Editor, open the archive and copy save_editor.sdkmod into ...\Borderlands 4\sdk_mods\[/]

              []To go up to level 100, also download the optional file Save Editor Level CAP and copy 000_SaveEditorLevelCap_999_P.pak into ...\Borderlands 4\OakGame\Content\Paks\[/]
