Player Lip Sync
This mod syncs the microphone input level to the player's jaw movement and optionally lets enemies hear the player. It also makes humans blink and the players eyes follow the free camera.
Installation

Configuration
You can configure the mod in the mod settings.
"disableEyeAnimation": Disables the eye animation to look at the spectator cam (default false) This is now in base game using the "togglefourthwall" console command. This option just toggles this for you at the start of the game.
"audioLipSyncMaxValue": Determines how far the mouth opens. Higher value means less (default 0. 3)
"lipSyncSpeed": Determines how fast it lerps between different mouth positions. Lower means smoother transitions (default 5. 0)
"minVolumeThreshold": Lower cut-off point to ignore background noises (default 0)
"volumeMultiplier:" Multiplies the input volume (default 1)
"enemiesHearPlayer": Lets enemies hear the player (default false)
"noiseMultiplier": Increases the noise your voice makes to tune how easily enemies hear you (default 1)
"audioDevice": Determines the audio device to listen to (default 0 should be default mic)
