Description
I have several armor mods installed, and when there are a lot of armor pieces, some of them, especially the high-tier ones, can be quite difficult to find. So I created this mod with some lore and a vanilla Bannerlord feel.
Once you own a town, you will receive a quest from your governor proposing the construction of a Noble Smith Hall. The hall will support the town’s prosperity and allow you to commission armor. Construction takes time. Once the hall is finished, your first smith will arrive and offer to begin working for you. This smith will always belong to the player character’s culture. They will also give you a quest to recruit a second smith who specializes in armor that has no culture (Blackened Armor, or a lot of mod armor).
The hall has four levels. Upgrading it unlocks additional positions, eventually allowing you to recruit smiths from every culture. Each smith has their own order queue, but they can assist one another in producing better-quality armor.
As the hall improves, you can order increasingly better armor, including legendary-quality pieces. Better quality naturally requires more time and considerably more money.
New smiths must be found in taverns within settlements of their culture. After choosing which smith you want to recruit in the hall window, you will receive a quest to locate them and persuade them to join your hall.
