RTS Camera 1.5.3 Compatability patch

This is a small compatibility patch for RTS Camera and Command System v5. 5. 0 on Bannerlord v1. 5. 3.

The original mod was built for Bannerlord 1. 5. 1 and can crash when entering battles due to changes made to the

MissionFormationTargetSelectionHandler. OnFormationFocusedevent in 1. 5. 3.

This patch bypasses the outdated event hookup while preserving the rest of RTS Camera Command System's battle initialization and cleanup.
