📋 About This Mod

Lets Harvest and Production and Realistic Battle Mod share one economy: RBM stays the core, while HAP keeps seasonal village production, granary storage and village secondary products. Standalone patch - edits neither mod.

HAP × RBM Compatibility

Harvest and Production meets Realistic Battle Mod — one economy, no double-counting

v0. 5. 13 · Bannerlord 1. 4. 8

What this is

This mod lets Harvest and Production (HAP) and Realistic Battle Mod (RBM) run together in the same campaign and actually work with each other.

It does not replace or edit either mod. It is a standalone compatibility module — delete it and both mods are exactly as they were.

The division of labour

The split is deliberate and strict:

  • []RBM is the core. Economy, market, prices, transport, taxes, prosperity, security, loyalty and party supply are all decided by RBM.[/]

[]HAP stays compatible. It contributes only the three things RBM does not have — seasonal variation, granary storage, and secondary products.[/]

Without this patch the two mods overwrite each other's economy: HAP rewrites thirteen game models that RBM also relies on, and RBM's own village production, food supply, prosperity and gold-flow systems quietly stop working. This patch puts RBM back in charge and keeps HAP's content.

The three HAP features that are kept

1 · Seasonal village production

RBM decides how much a village produces; HAP decides how much this season. The same crop yields differently through the year and drops sharply out of season.

Vanilla HAP zeroes some crops outright in certain seasons (flax, grapes and olives in spring; grain in winter), which leaves a whole village with nothing to sell. This patch adds an out-of-season minimum — by default 20% of normal output — so villages always have something on the market. Set it to 0 for HAP's original behaviour.

2 · Granary and market grain storage

Towns get HAP's granary alongside RBM's market, and this patch moves grain between them:

  • []Surplus on the market is collected into the granary[/]

[]When the market runs short, the granary releases grain to cover it[/]

[]The granary has spoilage (from HAP — 3% per day base, reduced by granary buildings and the Medicine skill)[/]

[]Garrison rations are drawn from the granary; militia and citizens still buy from the market[/]

[]Granary capacity uses RBM's dynamic formula (scaled by garrison and prosperity), with an adjustable floor[/]

3 · Village secondary products

Villages produce secondary goods alongside their primary output — a grain village also produces grain, a pasture village also produces livestock, an orchard village also produces fruit, an apiary produces honey.

Secondary products go through the same RBM transport, market, pricing and wealth settlement as everything else. They do not bypass the economy.

What is handed over to RBM

These systems were duplicated in HAP. This patch gives them to RBM so the two do not fight:

  • []Item prices — decided by RBM's days-of-supply scarcity model[/]

[]Town gold flow — decided by RBM's wealth system[/]

    []Prosperity / taxes / security / loyalty — decided by RBM's models[/]

[]Town food consumption — settled by RBM; HAP no longer deducts a second time[/]

[]Village output volume and transport — decided by RBM's rate table and villager convoys[/]

[]Party food — uses HAP's consumption model, but the supply decision follows RBM[/]

Settings

Configured in MCM (Bannerlord MBOptionScreen). Four groups, every option has a hover description:

  • []Production — seasonal village production, out-of-season minimum, village output multiplier, village secondary products, secondary product multiplier[/]

[]Granary — granary/market transfer, granary minimum capacity, granary spoilage, garrison rations from granary, granary target reserve (days), market minimum stock (days), granary release threshold (days)[/]

[]Party — party food follows RBM supply rules[/]

[]Developer — developer mode (press U for the all-towns data panel)[/]

Developer mode

When enabled, press U to open an all-towns data panel. Page through every town and castle to see its granary, market stocks, garrison, militia, prosperity, daily consumption and siege state, plus a list of every village
