📋 About This Mod
Tired of serving kings? Make them serve you. Build your own private military company, raise a mercenary army, and sell your swords to the warring factions of Calradia — watch them bid for your services while your treasury swells.
PRIVATE MILITARY COMPANY — Become the Most Feared Warlord of Calradia
Every king in Calradia swears his sword to a throne. Yours is for sale.
Private Military Company turns the campaign map into your business empire. Found your company, raise a professional army, and sell their blades to the highest bidder. From a lone mercenary with a handful of veterans to a military conglomerate whose banner makes lords nervous — that is the fantasy this mod delivers.
A game-changing mod... finally a reason to be a mercenary that doesn't feel like a side gig.
⚔ WHAT YOU'LL BUILD
-
[]Your Own Headquarters — Stake your claim anywhere in Calradia. Your compound appears on the map as a living settlement with its own garrison, food supply and payroll.[/]
[]A Professional Reserve — Recruit troops and station them at your HQ. Move them between your party and the reserve through a clean, native-style troop management screen.[/]
[]Named Combat Units — Organize your men into named companies — "The Iron Vultures", "The Desert Wolves" — and send them across the map as AI parties carrying out your contracts.[/]
[]Facilities That Matter — Every building earns its keep: barracks expand capacity, training grounds sharpen your troops, armories cut upgrade costs, supply depots keep your garrison fed and healthy.[/]
📜 THE CONTRACT SYSTEM
-
[]Faction leaders and notables come to YOU with offers. No more begging for quests — they bid for your services.[/]
[]Every contract demands a specific number of troops for a set number of days, with a deposit paid up front and a reward you can negotiate up to +25%.[/]
[]Signing a contract commits your troops: those men are locked in the reserve until the job is done. Two contracts can never double-book the same soldiers.[/]
[]Your reputation, ambition and profit margin shape every offer — grow your company and watch contracts get bigger, richer and riskier.[/]
[]Fail a contract and face the consequences: lost troops, lost standing, and a faction that won't deal with you for weeks.[/]
🏰 A LIVING ECONOMY
-
[]Your HQ consumes food and pays wages every day. A starving garrison gets sick and wounded — logistics is half the battle.[/]
[]Balance the books: treasury, daily income, upkeep, contract revenue — all tracked in a beautiful control panel.[/]
[]Lose everything? Your company can collapse... or you can claw your way back from the ashes.[/]
🎛 FULL CONTROL, YOUR WAY
-
[]A polished control panel — hotkey (default: P) or map button — with Dashboard, Company, Contracts and Units tabs.[/]
[]Deep MCM integration: tune income rates, contract ambition, profit factors, pause behavior and more without touching a config file.[/]
[]Precise troop selection: form, reinforce and split units using an interactive native troop picker.[/]

-
[]A completely new playstyle — merchant, commander and politician rolled into one.[/]
[]Save-safe: add it to an existing campaign without restarting.[/]
[]Designed with the native feel — if you don't know it's a mod, you'd believe it's part of the game.[/]
[]Actively developed: your feedback shapes the roadmap.[/]
