Open the encyclopedia of the desired hero to send a message via Courier (messenger) to him.
Based on the message sent from the Diplomacy Module, I adapted this module to be able to use it together with my other module, KingdomStrategiesCommand, for the Beta 1. 3 version of the game. My sincere thanks to the Diplomacy team.
