About
BannerlordTogether is a co-op mod that drops two players into the same running campaign. One player hosts and owns the simulation. The other joins, receives the save automatically, and lands in the same world.
You will see each other as fully rendered parties on the campaign map. Towns, villages, AI parties, battles, diplomacy and more are all kept in sync across both machines. The mod is in active development, and this release is intended for real playtesting and feedback, so expect rough edges and report them in the Discord.

What's New in v0. 4
This is a huge update. Since v0. 3 we have rebuilt large parts of the mod and added co-op battles almost everywhere, plus 200+ bug fixes.
Co-op battles, now bigger
-
[]Up to 34 people in a single battle. On top of the two main co-op players, others can now jump in as spectators and take control of troops in the fight. Recommended around 8, with a hard cap of 30, so a single co-op battle can technically have up to 34 people in it.[/]
[]Spectator / battle-control mode. Extra players can join a session, get pulled into co-op battles, and command or control individual troops. They can also just watch. Spectators can chat, set a custom name, and toggle nameplates with the U key.[/]
[]Co-op sieges. Attack and defend settlements together, with synced deployment, siege engines and projectiles.[/]
[]Co-op hideouts. Sneak in and clear bandit hideouts together. Boss fights now push the "fight together" path instead of the vanilla one-on-one duel, and missions can continue if one player goes down.[/]
[]Better co-op battle visuals. Smoother movement, better weapon and mount sync, clearer remote-player markers, weather sync, and improved deployment and formation handling.[/]
Smithing
-
[]Smithing now works in co-op. Custom crafted weapons and objects are saved and persist correctly across the session.[/]
Friendly Battles (player vs player)
-
[]In separate-clan mode you can now fight each other in a friendly battle. Your troops fight, you can practice tactics or train troops together, and you earn troop XP.[/]
[]These are for fun and practice only. Results are not saved, nobody actually dies, and you do not permanently lose troops. This is a work in progress and intended for testing right now.[/]
Under-the-hood overhaul
-
[]Map sync engine rewrite. The AI party sync system was rebuilt from scratch for far more stable party positions on the campaign map.[/]
[]Client performance overhaul. Large reductions in log spam and background work on the client (roughly 88% less log volume and 85% less encounter suppression work) for smoother play.[/]
[]Co-op battle spawning overhaul for fewer missing troops and fewer instant "you are down" cases.[/]
Quality of life
[]Discord Rich Presence, so friends can see what you are up to.[/]
