All Equipment Usable

I thought it looked stupid that in this game there is higher skill requirements to use heavier horses, bows and crossbows. Even though there is no skill requirements to use heavier melee weapons such as swords, axes and maces.

In real life If someone can use a 3 kg rifle then they can use a 12 kg rifle. If someone can use a 50 pound bow then they can use a 200 pound warbow. If someone can use a 100 pound crossbow then they can use a 400 pound crossbow. If someone can ride a 200 kg pack animal then they can ride a 500 kg war horse.

In real life an arbitrary skill number doesn't make someone incapable of using equipment, in real life lower skill just means that they will be slower, less efficient, less effective at using heavier equipment.

This is an .xslt file based mod inspired by All Equipment Civilian and Perfect Face Asymmetry that should be future-proof. It theoretically works with future updates and also be able to overwrite all other mods just like Perfect Face Asymmetry can.
