Pact of the Blade and Hexblade QoL (Off-hand and Ranged binding)

• []When you cast Bind Weapon, it applies Pact Blade/Hexblade to all weapons equipped, including off-hand and ranged weapons.

  []Now you can Bind weapons while in combat.

  []Bind Weapons no longer costs an Action Point. It's a free cast now.

  []To unbind any weapon, just unequip them.

  []Summon Pact Weapon no longer has a Once per Combat cooldown.

  []Wielding a summoned weapon will automatically bind any other weapons you have equipped. (Unequipping the summoned weapon also unbinds them.)

    []This mod combine both features and fix the current bugs of Pact of The Blade QOL Improvements and Off-hand and Ranged Pact of the Blade. Therefore, they are not compatible.
