Magic Torch

Turn yourself into a walking nightlight!

• []The passives have been changed shout spells because Patch 7 broke them. The effects will now again. persist when unequipping the torch.

HOW IT WORKS:

• []Equip torch in main hand.

• []Activate Magic Torch passive of your choice.

• []Unequip torch/reequip main weapon. The passive will remain. It lasts until long rest.

• []To turn the passive off without resting, reequip the torch and toggle the passive off. You probably have to click it twice.

ABOUT THIS MOD:

• []The Magic Torch passives will appear on torches acquired prior to installing the mod.

• []Three passives to choose from: Daylight (gold), Light (blue), and Hidden. I like to use Hidden for the first part of Act 2. You get the benefits of having a torch equipped without the visuals, and of course be able to use your actual weapon in your main hand. For how Daylight and Light look, refer to the screenshots in the images section.

• []After you activate a passive, you don't even need to have the torch in your inventory, so you can pass it around around your party if you don't have enough torches.

• []The effects from the Daylight and Light passives are disabled during conversations.

INSTALLATION:

• []I recommend installing this mod with LaughingLeader's Baldur's Gate 3 Mod Manager.
