Maradi's Immersive Firearms

You may ask: How is this mod different from other firearms mods on Nexus? The answer is —

Immersion

. This mod emphasizes a realistic and immersive acquisition of firearms. You can't just go to a random trader in the grove and get your firearm that easily. So let's look into the rules I've made to make them balanced:

Shared Firearm Properties:

• []Missfire  — If you roll a 1 on an attack roll with a firearm (a critical miss), then the firearm misfires. When this happens, the ammunition you tried to fire is still expended, but instead of firing, firearm jams. You cannot use it until the start of next turn.

  []Reloading  — Every firearm type has it's own ammo capacity, which increases, when you improve it. You can reload as a bonus action.

Blunderbuss Special Property:

• []Scattershot — Though your shots lack range, they deal spread damage. When you fire at a target, other enemies directly in front of you also take reduced damage.

  Here's all weapon stats:

  Blunderbusses:

  • []Uncommon - 1d12 base damage, 1d6 Scattershot damage; 4m range; 2 ammo.

    []Rare - 1d12 base damage, 1d8 Scattershot damage. 4m range; 3 ammo; +1 weapon enchantment

    []Very rare - 1d12 base damage, 1d10 Scattershot damage. 4m range; 4 ammo; +2 weapon enchantment

  Legendary Axe Head Blunderbuss:
  • []1d12 base damage, 1d10 Scattershot damage; 4m range; 4 ammo; +3 weapon enchantment

    []Will use Strength modifier instead of Dexterity on attack rolls, if it's higher

    []This weapon will return to its owner when thrown

    []Magical weapon

    Blunderbuss skill unlocked with profieciency:

    []Full Scattershot - make your attack fully scattered. Deals 3 dices of the base Scattershot damage.

    []This attack cannot be evaded, but still can miss.
