two of which are to help make high card builds more viable

adds one deck:
that removes cards with ranks under 6
adds two enhancements:
one of which is like a mashup of mult stone and wild card
the other swaps chips and mult after scoring
adds one seal:
that draws three cards when you discard it
theres a rainbow joker so any bigots get out!!
