Save Rewinder automatically creates save points as you play Balatro, letting you rewind to any recent moment with a single keystroke.

• []Automatic snapshots — Saves every action (Blind, Hand, Shop).

  []Instant Undo — Press S (Keyboard) or L3 (Controller) to rewind immediately.

  []Quick Saveload — Press L (Keyboard) or R3 (Controller) to instantly reload.

  []Key Saves — Mark important saves and filter the list to key saves only.

  []Rename Saves — Enter pencil mode and rename save entries inline.

  []Export Saves — Export save files to any custom directory.

  []Game Over Rewind — Rewind to the last save directly from the game over panel.

  []Rewind freely — Stepped-back saves preserved until you make a new action (trigger a new save).

  []Overflow Protection — Rewind/save-load safely with extreme naneinf/inf scores.

  Installation

  • []Install Steamodded for Balatro

    []Download the latest version zip file from the Files tab

    []Extract the zip file — it contains a SaveRewinder folder

    []Copy the SaveRewinder folder directly into your game's Mods folder

    []Launch Balatro — you'll see Save Rewinder in the mods list

    ⚠️ Important: Make sure Mods/SaveRewinder/ contains mod files directly (like main.lua), not another nested SaveRewinder folder.

    Quick Start

    Controls

    • []Step back: S / L3

      []Quick saveload: L / R3

      []Open saves list: Ctrl+S / X (Pause Menu)

      Tip: Open the Options menu and click the orange "Saves" button (or press Ctrl+S / X) to browse and restore any save.

      Save list bottom buttons:

      • []Check key saves — Text button, shows only key saves.

        []★ Edit key saves — Star icon button, enters mark mode.

        []✏️ Rename mode — Pencil icon button, edits save titles inline.

        []⬇ Export mode — Download icon button, enters export mode to select and export saves.

        []▶ Current save — Triangle icon button, jumps to your currently loaded save.

        How to use icon buttons:
