Thief and Assassin Buffed as it seems they were underperforming compared to other classes.
Assassin: +1 Mult and Bonus Cards, Removed the -1 Discard, Less money required for blind.
Thief: Less punishing starter money, +2 Gold Cards, Less money required for blind.
Voucher in shop no longer sometimes disappear between blinds.
Vouchers fixed to have 33% chance of getting their upgraded version.

Every Blind requires more money to win since this mod ramps up the player's experience.
