Adds the Deltarune face cards made by HectorDudeMan as a set of custom Club cards.

Original mod made by @EmperorKelos, converted by me, Dres, to clubs as well as making it an additional set rather than replacing the Cyperpunk cards.
Credit also goes to Mahuru for most of the mod's code, as this was based off of his Balatro Souls custom face cards mod.
