1 Joker Slot per Ante

This mod for Balatro changes the Joker slot progression so you start with 1 slot and gain one after each Boss Blind, reaching 10 by Ante 10. It also makes Hieroglyph and Petroglyph not remove slots, and affects additional slot effects like Antimatter or Negative. For players who want a more challenging early game and a different pacing.
