Specifically: 1 tank platoon + 2 mechanized infantry platoons, forming a clearing force capable of positional breakthrough. In this exercise, the following tactical tempo shall be maintained: The tank platoon conducts long-range offensive fire. The tank platoon provides continuous overwatch fire. The two mechanized infantry platoons perform alternating bounds with fire on the move. The tank engages and destroys anti-tank positions with opportunity fire. Upon closing, the tank delivers final fire. Infantry dismounts to seize and clear the position.
