WARSCAPE Audio Expansion

Latest Version: 21 07/11/2026 Game Version Compatibility: 1. 609 or 1. 608 DLC is not Required Big News! I am now the official Audio Designer for Armored Brigade 2! Majority assets of WARSCAPE audio will have now officially replaced the audio of the base Steam and Matrix game installations. There is no need to install this mod unless you would like to try out some new things! Thank you to all those who have downloaded, subscribed, and shown support for this mod! So what happens now? The mod will stay up! This workshop page will continue to receive updates and will be an experimental personal testing ground for me to do quick fixes or work on improvements and refinements that might/will eventually make it into the official audio. In the future for the base game, more vehicle engine sounds! More gun sounds! more er... stuff! My limited budget is still relatively the same but I will still try to make AB2 have its own memorable sound to stand side by side with its RTT/RTS peers. Pray for me, my comrades. What are the current differences? Original Soundtrack: For now, It has been decided that the music of WARSCAPE will not be ported into the base game. For those looking for music composed by me or a different musical style to accompany the game, give it a try! Ambient Radio Chatter: I'm currently using the ambience system to jank in some ambient radio chatter. For the official audio, radio chatter will be overhauled to sound more realistic and likely receive a proper implementation allowing, you the player, to determine where the chatter is coming from and what state of distress your troops are in (calm, combat, panic). Incoming Artillery: This was recently overhauled for the official version but this has a small boom at the beginning of incoming rounds. I am trying it out here. I've heard it in some real videos but i'm not sure why there is a boom or not. Can anyone give insight? Please comment below or i think i'll create a separate discussi
