Back to the 50's

"You will see the lighting flashing, hear atomic thunders roll, when Moscow lies in ashes, God have mercy on your soul! Here's the question, mister Stalin, and it's you who must decide: When atomic bombs start falling, do you have a place to hide?" This mod pushes the start date of Armored Brigade 2 (at least for the USSR and US) back from 1965 to 1950, that dark time when people still viewed the atomic bomb as just a very large and effective battlefield weapon - another useful tool in the toolbox of a military, and not the civilization ending, existential threat they eventually would be rightfully recognized as. The mod, given it's... unusual construction, is WIP (then again, is anything truly perfect?), if you find some irregularity compared to real life, please let me know in the comments so I can see if I can fix it.
