I personally think the current lockpicking mechanic is awful, so this tries to alleviate some of that while still staying in the spirit of the game. Reduced the base lockpicking time by about 30%, and the base lockpick break chance by 25%. Buffed the Lockpicking skill to give 30% more speed (originally 17%) at tier 1, 45% at tier 2, and 60% at tier 3. The skill lowers break chance by a decent amount as well (T1: 15%; T2: 30%; T3: 45%). Only updated the values in localization to display properly. Easy to tweak if you want it to be faster or easier, but don't go too fast or it will break some containers.
It is still technically a gameplay mechanic, but not much of one. Lore-friendly.
