Weapon Skills Overhaul

Changes MANY Skills (All descriptions have been updated in game to reflect the changes):

• []Fast Hands: Switching to this weapon type is 50% (now 65%) faster.[/]

  []Empowered Backup: For 2. 5 (now 5. 0) seconds after swapping to this weapon, all shots will have 15% (now 50%) increased damage.[/]

  []Prolonged Vision: When you hit a target they will remain visible for 2 (now 5) seconds when going out of sight.[/]

  []Fast Focus: Hover over the target with the cursor to make the crosshair shrink 2x (now 3x) more quickly.[/]

  []Improvised Sniper: Hovering over the target with the cursor for 0. 75 (now 0. 5) second will increase the maximum effective range of the weapon for that shot by 40% (now 60%).[/]

  []Suppressive Fire: Provides a 15% (now 30%) damage boost to weapons while firing continuously for 0. 5 seconds.[/]

  []Phantom Bullets: When shooting Automatic Weapons for at least 0. 3 seconds, you can continue shooting for 1 (now 3) seconds even after the magazine is empty.[/]

  []Rolling Start: After standing still for 1 (now 0. 5) seconds, gain +30% (now 50%) movement speed for 2 (5) seconds.[/]

  []Killer Reload: Increase reload speed by 20% for 4. 83 (now 5) seconds after killing an enemy.[/]

  []Impaler Shot: Hitting an enemy will decrease its speed by 30% (now 50%) for 1 (now 3) seconds.[/]

  []Point Blank: Full hits have an additional 20% (now 50%) chance to penetrate armor.[/]

  []Emergency Sprint: After switching to this weapon, your movement speed will increase by 20% (now 50%) for 3 (5) seconds.[/]

  []Steady Sniper: After hitting an enemy while scoped, the optic crosshair will have double the Ergonomics statistic for 2 (now 5) seconds.[/]

  []First Bullet: The first bullet of each magazine deals 30% (now 50%) more damage.[/]
