I can confirm that the mod works with the latest (1. 3. 3) version!

Changes MANY Skills (All descriptions have been updated in game to reflect the changes):

Nudist: When wearing armor of class 3 or below, your movement speed is increased by 10% (now 50%).

Big Boned: The weight of equipped armor is reduced by 70% (now 100%)

No Jam Thanks: Before: Low durability guns will jam less often -> Now: Low durability guns will NOT jam.

Mule: Increases your maximum carry weight by 5kg (now 25kg)

Eye for Value: Increases the sale price of items by 5% (now 25%)

Stalker: Slows rate at which you absorb radiation by 50% (now 90%) while also decreasing the damage you take from anomalies by 30% (now 50%)

Grenade Expert: Increase the range of your grenades by 30% (now 50%)

Sticky Fingers: You find x5 (now x10) the amount of Roubles.

Big Hands: For each empty weapon slot, you gain 10kg (now 25kg) max carry capacity

Loot Goblin: Increases your looting speed by 50% (now 200%)

Jogger: Allows free running if the weight you’re carrying is under 50% (now 80%) of your maximum

Favor From Traders: x2 (now x4) the quantity of each item stocked by vendors

Night Owl: Improves your night vision -> HUGE IMPROVEMENT (Check images)

Explorer: Adds +1 (now +3) extraction point to each map

Field Medic: Decreases the amount of time it takes to use meds by 50% (now 75%)

Gear Lover: 50% (now 20%) durability loss of your weapons and armor

Adrenaline Rush: When your health drops below 20% (now 50%) you will gain a 25% (now 50%) increase in movement speed for 5 (now 15) seconds. This has a cooldown of 30 (now 5) seconds

Marathon Runner: You move 40% (now 100%) faster when not holding a weapon

Scrap Lord: Increases the amount of material you gain from scrapping items by 50% (now 200%)

Installation:

1. Download the file

2. Go to game location on your PC

3. Extract into root game folder

4. Override if asked.
