Playable Toru Higashi Moveset from Judgment
ports higashi stance and moveset. Rush Combo, Throw, Finishers, Heavy Attack, Walk, Stance, Dodge, and block have all been change to higashi's.
Some moves have been taken from Katsuya/Kengo and Arai as higashi doesnt have enough moves.
Heat Action's have also been added, theyr random hacts i ported that would fit the higashi moveset. (does not the JE ones sorry)
