Super Soldiers and flying ghost stimm self healing kevlar Cheat Mod

I added the ghost, flight, medkit, grapple (not working exactly right as well as heal does not work for heavies), and combat stimms. I added a 30 HP bonus, 40will, 40 defense, and 30 flight fuel. I upped the starting soldier stats to 150 aim, 150 will, and 15 mobility, changed starting base funds significantly, and I increased starting base funding to 9999, increased shiv HP to 25 and changed healing times to 1 and made all aircraft maint and refuel times a few hours. If people would like, I can also upload a version with seriously boosted ballistics damage and accuracy as well as seriously increased sight ranges. I have not seen any real \"cheat\" mods other than money, so if anyone wants anything let me know. This completely is a total cheat and furthermore DOES NOT DISABLE ACHIEVEMENTS, so is good for those who are just want the achievements but are hopless at getting some of them.
