Set Starting Aim parameters for Every Soldiers around 355-375.(This is XcomEU file.)
by edited DefaultGameCore.ini file.
I increased Aim or Accuracy +300 to default values.
So In any battles. It calculated 355 (up to 375) and subtracted by any points. It still over 100% acc = Sure shot.
Enjoy your strategies !. No Annoying misses anymore.
