ultrawide HUD FIX (cut windows)

i was bored with those 2 windows cut in half by my screens border so i moved them on exteriors :)

there are 2 versions see picture to make your choise

if you want to move the windows again you just have to change them in ui_screen position.xml

the first <position x y z /> move the right window

the second <position x y z /> move the left one

x= move left right

y= move up down

z= move near far

quaternions move rotation but it s a bit tricky so look on google to see how it work
